The Tokyo Ballet in Rome

The Tokyo Ballet returns to the Caracalla Baths on Wednesday 26 June at 9pm with a new overwhelming program that does not give up the absolute masterpiece by Maurice Béjart, Le sacre du printemps presented for the first time in the aforementioned baths in 2014 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary celebrations from the birth of the Japanese ensemble.

Superintendent Carlo Fuortes declares: “Having the Tokyo Ballet again at the Baths of Caracalla, the main Japanese Ballet Company that boasts an exceptional repertoire of very high profile western and eastern titles, is an important sign of continuity for us all relations and cultural exchanges with the Land of the Rising Sun. The exceptional nature of the Company and their program is another piece of prestige to our summer program”.
